Indications
Intended for cleansing of dermal lesions such as stage I-IV pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers, foot ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, cuts, abrasions and minor irritations of the skin. It is recommended that it be used prior to the application of appropriate wound therapies/dressings. Effective cleansing action Non-irritating No-rinse.
Directions
To gently flush debris from the wound bed, adjust nozzle to "spray setting". To dislodge particulate matter from the wound be adjust nozzle to "stream setting". Store at controlled room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C).

Purified Water, USP; Sorbitol Solution, USP; Poloxamer 188; Coco Phosphatidyl PG-Dimonium Chloride; Sodium Chloride, USP; Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, NF; DMDM Hydantoin; Citric Acid, USP; Sodium Hydroxide, NF may be added for pH adjustment.
