| Directions | Easy to use: To measure blood pressure and pulse, secure the cuff so that it feels comfortable and not too tight, 1/2 inch above the elbow. Ensure that the artery mark is aligned with the artery. Sit and relax for 5 minutes. Once relaxed, press the start button and the cuff will automatically inflate.
