| 1. Place thumb through the hole at the top of product. Let strap hang down over the back of your hand. 2. Bring support under the wrist and back around the top of wrist. Secure hook fastener. 3. Adjust support until it fits firmly, yet comfortably. Size selection: For left or right hand, this support is adjustable to fit most wrists. Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. | |
