Fitting Instructions: Note: Before occupational use of this respirator a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements. In the United States employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation, training and fit testing. For Use: 1. Hold respirator in hand with nosepiece at your fingertips, allowing headbands to hang freely below your hand. 2. Press respirator firmly against your face with nosepiece on the bridge of your nose. 3. Stretch and position top band high on the back of your head. Stretch bottom band over head and position it below your ears. 4. Using both hand, mold metal nosepiece to the shape of your nose. 5. To test fit, cup both hands over front of the respirator, exhaling vigorously. If air flows around your nose, tighten the nosepiece. If air leaks around the mask edges, reposition straps for a better fit. 6. Remember, careful observance of these fitting instructions is an important step in safe respirator use.

Use only in accordance with instructions, labels and limitations relating to this product. Do not alter or modify this product in any way. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for fitting the respirator to the face. These respirators are approved only in the following configurations: TC 84A-0160, Protection: N95, Respirator: 1730; Cautions and Limitations: ABCJMNOP. Protections:N95 Particulate filter (95% filter efficiency level) effective against particulate aerosols free of oil; time use restrictions may apply. A-Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen. B-Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health. C-Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards. J-Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death. M- All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA and other applicable regulations. N- Never substitute, modify, add or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer. O- Refer to user instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance of the respirators. P-NIOSH does not evaluate respirators as surgical masks.
