| To cleanse and irrigate sinuses: Attach the orange (stream) tip. Attach the orange adapter to seal the nasal passage (optional). Keep head upright and gently insert actuator tip just inside nostril. Press side down for two to three seconds to flow saline throughout sinuses. Some saline may flow out of nostrils or back into throat. Gently blow nose or cough to expel fluid. Repeat for other nostril. To mist and moisturize nasal passages: Attach the white (spray mist) tip. Keep head upright and gently insert actuator tip just inside nostril. Press and hold actuator to spray saline mist into dry nasal passage. Repeat to moisturize the other nasal passage. Note: Remove nasal adapter before replacing cap to avoid leakage. | |
