Odor resistant. Designed for daytime use. Soft, breathable and durable materials. Helps relieve foot, arch and heel pain. Removable arch inserts provide custom support. Relieves plantar fasciitis symptoms. Adjust to fit.
Directions
Open the hook and loop strap and place the support so it comfortably rests under the arch of the foot (the foot icons should be placed against the inside of the arch). Secure on the top of the foot with the hook tab. Use the hook tab to pull up on the arch. Match foot symbol on strap to foot symbol on insert. Size: For left and right foot, this support has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized for most body types. Measure instep circumference. Adjust to fit: 8.5 - 12 inches (21.5 - 30.5 cm). It's recommended to wear the straps for 4 hours the first day and gradually increase 1-2 hours per day thereafter. After 1 week, if you feel you need more support, switch to the dark blue insert and follow the gradual wear time again. To wash, remove the arch inserts and secure the fastener. Hand wash with mild soap in warm. Air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners.
