Directions
Adults, take one tablet at bedtime as melatonin may produce drowsiness. Store at room temperature (59-86 degrees F).

1 Tablet: Melatonin 3 mg; Lemon Balm (Aerial Parts) Extract 500 mcg; Dicalcium Phosphate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Stearic Acid; Magnesium Stearate; Melatonin; Silicon Dioxide; Lemon Balm
