Directions
Shake well. Apply foam to area in need of therapy. Briskly rub over entire muscle group(s) until absorbed. Front: Thigh: Apply from your hip to your knee. Foot: Apply from your ankle to your toes. Back: Lower back: Apply from your tail bone to the center of your back. Hamstring: Apply from your lower buttocks to the back of your knee. Calf: Apply from the back of your knee to your ankle.
